Couples counseling is a process through which you both, as a couple, will work with me to help identify and resolve specific areas of conflict. You may be in any state of your relationship: dating, engaged, married, partnered, or separated. We will work together to develop a plan of action on ways to improve your relationship and communication styles in such a way where each person is satisfied on an individual level, as well as, in the partnership.

We will explore how your individual backgrounds, belief systems, thoughts, behaviors, and world-views may be impacting your current relationship in both positive and negative ways. As your therapist, I will be there to help facilitate healthy discussions between the two of you, guiding your conversation in a productive way. We will work on developing helpful strategies to that are focused on finding solutions.

It’s my goal for you as a couple to grow stronger together. With that said, it will take time, commitment, and work to achieve this. I know that you can do it if that’s what you want too.
